Recreational diving is a safe sport all family members can participate in. However, certain medical conditions will require authorization by a medical practitioner prior to entering any courses.

In order to avoid disappointment we recommend that you take the time to look and read through the medical statement attached.

If there are any areas to which you answer yes, you will need to consult a doctor versed in hyperbaric medicine prior to arriving on Koh Tao and taking the course.

If you are unable to find a doctor with hyperbaric knowledge, please print out the guidelines for recreational scuba diver's physical examination (see below) and give these to your doctor prior to consultation.

Please note, a filled out medical form is required prior to starting any recreational diving course.
